Salon Cancellation Policy

Here at French Pharmacie, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation/no show policy in place out of respect for our stylists time. It is very easy to communicate via text and/or phone call. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service and a no show will be charged 100% of the service. We know things happen, people get sick, emergencies, etc… so SOME exceptions will be given. This is an industry standard and put in place to respect our time. Some appointments are 3+ hours long, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us the grace to fill these spots!  We love having YOU in our chairs and in our spa!
